In Montana, and a growing number of other states, drivers have the option to purchase a specialty Pheasants Forever license plate when renewing their annual vehicle registration.  A portion of the fees collected, in this case $35 per plate, go directly to support efforts of Pheasants Forever mission delivery in Montana and on the national scale. 

In 2020 fees collected from specialty license plates directly supported our growing team of Farm Bill (Wildlife) biologists, who impacted over 136,000 acres of habitat in just the last calendar year.  Additionally these specialty plate funds helped support the acquisition of 80 acres in our Mission Valley, which has become a signature permanent habitat protection and access project that is open for public recreation and hunting, and contributed to our national Legislative Action Fund campaign.

Do not let this valuable fundraising resource disappear!  Recent Montana legislation passed in 2019 requires all organizations with a specialty license plate to maintain a minimum of 400 annual plate registrations to remain in the program.  While Montana PF is currently above the minimum threshold, with 700+ annual plates, your support is critical to keeping this opportunity alive.   Do your part to help deliver mission in the Treasure State while showing off our PF pride on the highway; choose a Montana Pheasants Forever specialty plate when renewing your annual registration.
